A bait is considered refundable only within and no later than 1 month from purchase, only if the hair comes off abnormally. The customer must however demonstrate the defect in question via video and/or clear photographs by sending them to info@miuraslures.com. If Miuras Lures recognizes the problem as its own defect, it will be the customer's obligation to send the bait at his own expense. Miuras Lures will make the refund by crediting the sum of bait in question, via bank transfer and/or crediting the PayPal account. No exchange or replacement of the bait is possible.

WHEN A REFUND ON A BAIT IS NOT POSSIBLE:

A bait is not considered refundable in any case after 1 month of purchase. The bait and its parts subject to wear, scratches, cracks, chips and breakages are not covered by the warranty.

Any use outside this context is to be considered improper and does not fall within the responsibility of Miuras Lures. Warning for Pets and Children The baits have realistic aesthetic features that could lead pets or children to mistake them for toys or edible objects. Miuras Lures disclaims any liability for damage to persons, animals or property resulting from improper use of the product. It is recommended to:

• store baits out of reach of children and pets;
• never leave baits unattended in environments accessible to children or animals;
• use the products exclusively in the manner intended for fishing.

Potentially Dangerous Elements The baits may be equipped with hooks, sharp accessories or small components. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the correct and safe use of the product.
